The project involves the integrated development of a manufacturing-industrial complex, covering a total area of ​​approximately 103,000 m2, resulting from the combination of existing and future developments.
The project involves new construction on an area of ​​approximately 21,000 m2, already the subject of a preliminary design and in the final design phase, with the construction of: the main production building, a management/office building, and a building for supporting commercial activities.
Development of additional subdividable land for approximately 40,000 m2, intended for future production/logistics expansion or modular development for functional lots.
Enhancement of an existing built-up area of ​​approximately 43,000 m2, including buildings and warehouses totaling approximately 12,000 m2 of covered space, to be subjected to a technical assessment for redevelopment, repurposing, or building replacement.
The entire project is structured according to a unified masterplan, with phased development, optimized construction times, infrastructure integration, and the adoption of industrialized construction technologies with high energy and functional performance.
The objective is to create a flexible, scalable and financially sustainable production hub, suitable for supporting the growth of the client’s industrial activity and generating real estate value in the medium to long term.
